We ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, LORETOGift does not ship orders to post office boxes.
USA & Canada: 2 working days (TNT/DHL/SDA Italy/UPS Express with signature confirmation)
Central & South America: 2/3 working days (TNT/DHL/SDA Italy/UPS Express with signature confirmation)

Orders placed before 3:00PM-Italy Monday through Friday will be shipped on the next day. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.
For each country different charges apply. In the Shopping Cart there is the possibility to calculate the shipping costs by entering Country, State and Zip Code.

Summer closing from 1 to 30 August
We would like to inform our clients that LORETOGift and the Cluadio Cipolletti’s offices will be closed from the 1st to the 30th of August included.
You can still send emails, buy on-line and ask for information requests; however, we will only be able to deal with your enquiries as from the 1st of September.
Christmas holiday closing from 19 December to 10 January
We would like to inform our clients that LORETOGift and the Cluadio Cipolletti’s offices will be closed from the 19th of December to the 10th of January included.
You can still send emails, buy on-line and ask for information requests; however, we will only be able to deal with your enquiries as from the 11st of January.
Purchases made online are governed by Italian distance selling regulations and the returns policy is different to in store purchases.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the merchandise’s delivery date.
Returned items received after 14 days will be offered a store credit at the discretion of the management. We will not accept any returns after 21 days.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED. This applies both to the original shipping costs for your order as well as the return shipping costs.
We provide two methods to easily return your item(s) back to us and you can choice the one you prefer:
1. Own Method: you arrange by yourself the return, choosing your own courier for the shipping. Any returns costs are paid by the Customer. The cost of returning the item and responsibility for the item is yours until it reaches us therefore we recommend using a trackable, insured service. We do not refund any return cost.

2. Our Method: send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and your order number, we will contact you and we will book for you the courier that will pick up your return.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is processed. Then we will issue a refund by the same payment method you used for your original order. In case you choose Our Method for shipping back your item(s), we will deduct the amount for the return shipping fees (see table below) from your refund.
THE COST OF RETURNS FOR THE EU-AREA MAY BE UP TO € 25.00
THE COST OF RETURNS FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD MAY BE UP TO € 45.00
Please note that all returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Item(s) returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
Items must not be worn, must have labels intact and be returned in the original packaging. Please be careful that any aftershave or body spray worn does not leave any marks or trace of scent.
EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT
If you wish to exchange an item or get a Store Credit, feel free to email us at the store on email@example.com to get return conditions more advantageous for you.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Card refunds can take up to 10 working days before showing up on your bank account, due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please note that we are unable to influence this.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
If we have made a mistake with your order please let us know immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the issue at once.
IMPORTANT – Non-EU Customers:
When returning an item from outside the European Union, you should incur in import charges. Any eventual import fees related to the return will be deducted from any eventual refunds. Any customs fees are paid by the Customer.
